Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing team with day-to-day creative and digital marketing work.

This role is ideal for someone who is at the beginning of their marketing career, currently studying, recently graduated, or looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional marketing environment.

The selected candidate will support the marketing team with:

• Creating simple and engaging graphic designs for social media, newsletters, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials for different departments and client-related projects.
• Supporting the team with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Helping with basic website updates, blog uploads, and digital content coordination.
• Assisting in the creation and editing of short videos, reels, and other digital content.
• Supporting internal events, campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives.
• Working closely with the marketing team on ad hoc creative and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A good eye for design and visual communication.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design platforms.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines and take feedback constructively.

It would be considered a strong advantage if the candidate has:

• Video editing experience.
• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, or social media content.
• Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva video, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
