Norbert is a principal at CLA Audit Ltd in the audit department, leading a team of over 20 professionals, and is responsible for a portfolio of clients operating in a wide range of industries, including investment, construction, services, retail, hospitality, shipping, gaming, and manufacturing. Before his current role, Norbert was a Big 4 audit firm director.

At the beginning of his career, Norbert worked as a management accountant, providing bookkeeping services and preparing monthly management accounts for various clients ranging from manufacturing and service companies. He also used to prepare cash flow statements and assisted clients in designing internal controls.

After five years, Norbert moved to the audit department, where he was involved in audits of statutory financial statements of various clients, including groups and subsidiaries of large multinational groups. He acted as a group and component auditor, reporting to group auditors. He led teams on audits of clients’ financial statements in various industries ranging from banks, fund managers, manufacturing, retail and service, construction, shipping, and aviation. He has experience with both listed and non-listed companies.
