An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Services Administrator to join our team at CLA Malta.
The responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:
- Assisting with global mobility applications, including residence permit applications and any annual compliance requirements related to such applications;
- Assisting with company formations, including the preparation and submission of all required documentation to the Malta Business Registry;
- Assisting with changes, filings, and submissions to the Malta Business Registry, as may be required from time to time;
- Assisting with the compilation, maintenance, and updating of corporate registers for companies;
- Providing ancillary administrative and corporate assistance as may be required.
Requirements:
- An “A” level standard of education, or equivalent;
- A minimum of one year working experience in the corporate services sector would be considered an asset;
- Able to work on own initiative whilst also be a team player;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Maltese;
- Very organised and able to meet strict deadlines in a timely manner.
