Being Built Differently isn’t just about how we work or what we deliver to our clients; it’s also about how we step into our community with our sleeves rolled up, ready to contribute where it matters most.
This month, our team stepped away from screens and schedules to take part in a hands-on CSR initiative with Fondazzjoni Sebħ, an organisation that has been supporting children, families, and vulnerable individuals in Malta for decades. Their work centres on providing safe residential homes, family support, and pathways toward independence for those who need it most.
But this day wasn’t about what they do.
It was about what we could do together.
Our team spent the day assisting with the maintenance and refurbishment of a children’s residence, working side by side with skilled workers to get as much done as possible. From painting walls to assembling furniture, every task completed helped move the space one step closer to becoming a warmer, more welcoming home for the children who live there.
By contributing our time, energy, and teamwork, we were able to support Fondazzjoni Sebħ in creating an environment where children can feel safe, cared for, and supported as they grow.
Small actions, done together, can build something that truly feels like home.
